GOD GIVES US THE VICTORY IF WE ARE WISE IN WHAT IS GOOD AND INNOCENT ABOUT WHAT IS EVIL
- For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil. And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. - Romans 16:19-20
These verses prove that it is not enough to be obedient at some point in our Christian walk and then stop paying attention to the way we live. Paul writes this epistle to God’s children in Rome, who had renounced serving the evil gods and then followed Jesus with all their hearts. Paul is praising them for their faith, which at that time was famous all over the world (Romans 1:8). Even so, being led by the Holy Spirit, the apostle is urging them to continue to use wisdom in choosing what is good and stay away from all evil. That advice is for us too and it involves all our daily choices.
Whenever we choose right, our Lord “will crush Satan under our feet,” by helping us to identify and not accept the lies and tricks that the enemy uses in his attempts to destroy us. In the Name of Jesus, we have the authority to resist the devil and oppose him. If Jesus would not have made peace between us and God, Satan would have the right to torment and keep us in bondage and misery forever. Without our Lord’s grace, none of us would make it!
Suggested prayer: Thank You dear Lord Jesus, for making peace between myself and Father God. Thank You for Your sacrifice that set me free from the bondage of the devil. Because of You, I am no longer a slave to sin, but a child of God. Please give me the wisdom to live right, by choosing what is good and not being tempted by any evil. Lord, please help me remember the authority I have in the Name of Jesus and use it when the devil comes against me. Thank You Lord for the victory I have in You and for Your amazing grace, amen.

THROUGH JESUS WE CAN CHANGE OUR WORLDLY WAY OF THINKING WITH THE GODLY ONE
- If indeed you have heard Him (Christ) and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. - Ephesians 4:21-24
The more we change the way we think, replacing the worldly mindset with God’s way of thinking, the more we change for the good and sin less. God’s Word is powerful and as it is revealed to us by the Holy Spirit, it works out our transformation and we become the person that God created us to be. The more we mature spiritually, the more we will have of the righteousness and holiness that come from God’s truth.
Suggested prayer: Heavenly Father, please help me continue to grow in the knowledge of Your Word. Please reveal to me through the Holy Spirit the meaning of Your Word when I study it, so that it will become real in my spirit and help me change. Please help me choose to constantly put off my old nature and put on the new self, regenerated and renewed by Your truth. So please help me Lord to live accordingly to Your will and become more and more the person that You created me to be, having true righteousness and holiness. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

LYING AND A BAD TEMPER ARE THE DEVIL’S TOOLS AND HAVE NO PLACE IN A CHRISTIAN’S LIFE
- Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another. “Be angry, and do not sin”: do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil. - Ephesians 4:25-27
We are urged to stop living as those who do not know God live and to reject all that is false like lying, defrauding, telling half-truths, spreading rumors etc. As children of God we are to speak only the truth and to treat others right. In the body of Christ we are members of one another, which means that when one suffers, we are all affected, so we have to help each other out in times of need.
Many interpret the “be angry” words as the freedom to be angry, but we should never forget the next words which say “and do not sin.” It is very hard to not sin when we are already furious, so we better pay more attention to what this verse truly says. Anger in itself is not a sin, as also Jesus felt it at the hardness of men’s hearts (Mark 3:5) and we also read about Father God’s wrath against those who rebelled against Him. We are to be angry at sin, like immorality, injustice and all ungodly behavior, by hating and fighting against them all. If we go to bed angry, we have little to no chance to not sin, by meditating on the cause of our anger and remembering similar past situations. The sooner we solve all negative emotions, the less chance we have to make a fool of ourselves and give the devil any opportunity to lead us into sin by holding grudges, resentment, or even bitterness. All these take time and effort to repent and be freed from, but if we do not do it, we might lose relationships that are important to us and even suffer physically.
Suggested prayer: Thank You dear Lord for the great teachings from Your Word. There is all I need to know to be able to live the abundant life that Jesus came for me to have. Please help me enjoy Your presence, by keeping my heart pure and when I encounter sin to not remain angry more than needed to correct the situation, so that it will not turn it into resentment or bitterness in my heart, by meditating too long on it. Lord please help me to avoid the poison caused by negative emotions and not offer any opportunity to the devil to tempt me to sin, but to overcome evil with good. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

STEALING, LAZINESS AND VULGARITY CANNOT BE THE FRUIT OF A CHRISTIAN’S LIFE
- Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need. Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. - Ephesians 4:28-29
Stealing has no place in a Christian’s life. We are called to work honest jobs, so that we may have more than enough and be able to bless others who are in need, for one reason or another. From Acts 20:35b, we learn that “‘It is more blessed to give than to receive’” as Jesus said.
Foul, profane, worthless and vulgar speech have no place in our vocabulary or on our lips. When we live for Jesus, it is revealed in our behavior and speech also. Our speech should comfort, counsel or build others up according to the circumstances, so that it blesses all who hear. Many times, when in the natural we would have reasons to speak harsh, if we choose to obey God, using the right words, we might offer grace and mercy to the one we talk with and have a good impact on those who witness it.
Suggested prayer: Dear Lord, please help me to make an honest living and work not as for people, but as unto You. Please help me to have more than enough so that I may bless those who are in need around me. Lord please help me guard my heart so that no bitterness or frustration would produce bad words, when I talk with other people. Please help me to choose the right words that will bless those who hear them and build them up. Thank You Lord and praise You with all my heart, now and for all eternity, amen.

DO NOT GRIEVE THE HOLY SPIRIT
- And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. - Ephesians 4:30
The Holy Spirit never forces us to operate in His gifts, or do God’s will. He is the perfect Gentleman that makes His presence known when we call on Him, teaches us when we ask Him to, helps us when we cry out to Him and who comforts us when we are broken. The more we seek to be in the presence of the Holy Spirit, the less chances there are to sin and grieve Him.
The Holy Spirit is one of the three persons of God’s Trinity and that is why He has feelings and can be grieved. Every sin grieves the Spirit of God and whenever we feel His grief inside of us we should know that we have to repent for what we did and ask the Lord to forgive us. Since we became born-again the Holy Spirit came to live in us and He sealed us, proving that we are owned by God and His forever.
Suggested prayer: Lord God, please help me live a pure life and never grieve the Holy Spirit. Thank You so very much, Holy Spirit for all the comfort, help, revelation, counsel and love you never stopped to offer me. Thank You Lord for helping me to change and become more and more like Jesus. Because You came to live in me, You are only a breath away when I need You. Lord please help me to enter more often in Your presence so that the Holy Spirit may lead me into all the truth, as Jesus said He would. Thank You Father God for sending the Holy Spirit to be the best Comforter, Helper, Advocate and Counselor. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

WE HAVE TO FORGIVE ONE ANOTHER AS GOD FORGAVE US IN JESUS CHRIST
- Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. - Ephesians 4:31-32
The apostle Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, urges us again to renounce all bitterness, wrath, anger, perpetual animosity, resentment, strife, fault-finding and slander. All these negative emotions and attitudes hurt the one who possesses them in the first place and then those to whom they are directed to. At the same time, every kind of malice which can be spitefulness, verbal abuse or malevolence, have no place in a Christian’s heart or in any relationships with others.
On the contrary, we should be kind and help one another, treating others with compassion, understanding and be quick to forgive their wrongs against us, just as God forgives us all our sins in Jesus Christ. When those around us do not treat us right repeatedly, it can be hard to obey God’s Word, but it is worth it to obey God and keep our hearts pure. There are situations when we need to pray a lot and even fast for being able to please God, but with the help of the Holy Spirit we can do it. Sometimes, the Holy Spirit will show that we need to protect ourselves from the ones who intentionally and constantly hurt us so that the bad situation stops.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord with all my heart for all Your love and care for all I am going through. You want me to not hold grudges, resentment or bitterness in my heart against the ones who hurt me, so that I may continue to enjoy Your presence and be free in my heart. Lord
please help me to truly forgive them all and show them mercy and kindness and show me how You want me to treat every person and how to stay away from those who enjoy hurting me constantly. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

GOD FIGHTS FOR US
- Then Joshua said to them, “Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for thus the Lord will do to all your enemies against whom you fight.” - Joshua 10:25
The fact that Joshua uses the exact words that God spoke to him in Joshua 1:9, shows how much he trusted God for keeping His promises. Because Joshua kept God’s words in his heart, he was able to fulfill his call, being the leader of a numerous, stubborn nation. He was a humbled leader that gave God all the glory for all the victories that the people won under his leadership. The Lord not only fought for His people, but when Joshua prayed, God stopped the sun from going down for about a whole day, for the people to have time to defeat their enemies. In verse 14 of the same chapter we read that “… there has been no day like that, before it or after it, that the Lord heeded the voice of a man; for the Lord fought for Israel.” When we have faith for what we pray and it is in accord with God’s will, He does miracles for us!
Joshua was a leader that had truly depended on God and constantly asked the Lord’s advice in the decisions he had to make. God rewards our faith and dependence on Him by showing us which are the best decisions, warning us of the side effects of what we are about to do and multiplying what we have so that we always have more than enough. We need to choose to remember what God already did for us, “be strong and of good courage” when going through hardships and trust God for fighting in our behalf. The Lord always makes a way where there is no way.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Father God for taking such great care of me. You parted the Red Sea and made a way for the Jewish people to walk as on dry land. Nothing is too hard for You. No matter how difficult my situation seems to be, You will help me to handle it and be victorious. Father God, You even stopped the sun from going down when Joshua asked You to and the hailstones You sent over the Amorites killed more of them than the children of Israel did. Please help me to always be strong and courageous, knowing that You help me conquer whatever comes my way, as long as I trust You. Thank You so very much. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

THE LORD IS THE STRENGTH OF A CHRISTIAN
- Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” - Isaiah 35:3-4
There are so many verses in the Bible that tell us to be strong and fear not, proving that it is up to us to do so. The Lord gave us the freedom to choose, and He will not force us to be brave if we choose to panic and complain. But if we ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen us and help us be courageous, He will do it. The enemy will not stop fighting against us because we are tired and we are already in big trouble, on the contrary, he knows we are more vulnerable and will not miss the opportunity to try to destroy us. Satan did not spare Jesus while fasting for forty days in the wilderness, why would we think he would spare us?
But the good news is that we do not fight alone. The Holy Spirit lives in us and He is right there when we call on Him for help. We must remember that the Lord will always “come with vengeance” for the ungodly ones who hurt us, in His perfect timing. God is righteous; He punishes the oppressor and saves the oppressed. Jesus, the Messiah won the battle with Satan, when He arose from the dead; He will come again to punish those who persecuted His people and to reward all of us who belong to Him.
Suggested prayer: Heavenly Father, please help me choose to be strong and firm, knowing that you are with me all the time. In You I have my strength and courage and I can do all things with Your help. Lord, please help me take courage, by trusting in Your promises and guidance from Your Word. The vengeance is Yours dear Lord and You are always on time. Thank You for everything, in Jesus’ name, amen.

GOD’S MIRACLES NEVER ENDED
- Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. - Isaiah 35:5-6
When are these verses fulfilled? Isaiah 35:4 had said: “Behold, your God will come... and save you.” This is considered by many to be a double prophecy, first, when Jesus came to live as a man and die in our place, and second, in regard to Jesus’ Second Coming. The first one has already taken place and we are waiting for the second. Since the Lord came in the flesh, He healed blind eyes and deaf ears, both physical and spiritual. Jesus came to save us spiritually and also to heal our bodies and souls. There is nothing He cannot heal or restore and the more we pray and trust Him, the healthier we are.
Jesus compared the presence of the Holy Spirit with springs of living water. Also, God’s grace that we received through Jesus, can be compared to springs of water that had burst forth in the desert and developed into streams. The spiritual state of humanity could be compared with the desert in desperate need of water. People without Christ are spiritually dry and cannot be satisfied by anything else other than the Holy Spirit’s fountain.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Jesus for being my Lord and my Salvation. There is so much comfort in Your presence and You are always there to heal, restore and deliver me. Thank You for sending the Holy Spirit to be a fountain of living water in my heart to help, comfort and teach me all Your truth that I read in Your Word and to help me remember it in times of need. I am blessed to be Your child, and to have my senses activated by Your Holy Spirit so that I can believe in who You are and who I am in You. Glory and praises to Your Holy Name Lord Jesus, forever and ever, amen.

THERE IS STRENGTH IN THE GRACE THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED IN CHRIST JESUS
- You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. - 2 Timothy 2:1
Timothy was Paul’s spiritual son, who like all of us, was hurting because of what was going on in his life and for those around him. We cannot have the strength that we need if we are not truly searching for it. It is not enough just to know that there is an amazing grace in Christ Jesus to be strong, we must apply it.
We must be determined to not allow our weaknesses and failures to rule our lives, but to desire to be empowered by what God did for us which is available for every single one of us. If we start the day by reminding ourselves of how much God loves us and we count our blessings, thanking the Lord for every single one of them, the Holy Spirit will constantly strengthen and empower us. When things go wrong, the best way to avoid doubt and discouragement, is to remind ourselves that God loves us. His plan is the best for us in the long term and even if for now the situation seems hopeless, the Lord will make a way out for us, like He did so many times in the past.
Suggested prayer: Nothing can compare to Your love for me, dear Lord. The more I understand Your love, the stronger I am. You are my everything and in You I not only find my strength but also my peace and joy. Thank You so much for Your amazing grace. You never left me alone, but You were, are and will always be in my heart and help me to get the victory in every situation. Your plan is always the best and I can count on Your wisdom and desire to help me out, no matter how hard my situation seems to be to the human mind. Thank You with all my heart Father God for the unmerited favor You have given me through Your Son, Jesus Christ, amen.

THE 11TH OF DECEMBER
IN CHRIST WE HAVE BECOME A NEW CREATION
- Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. - 2 Corinthians 5:17
To be grafted into Christ and joined to Him, one has to be born-again, through the Holy Spirit, by faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. Does that mean that the whole being is transformed? No, only the spirit becomes a new creation, and that is the “inward man” as Paul calls it.
Our spirit or the inward man, has become new. The old sinful nature in our spirits has been removed and replaced with God’s righteous nature. The old things, our old sinful nature, have been done away with and our spirits have become new, perfect, and sinless. But we must change our minds from thinking according to the worldly pattern to God’s model, by studying, learning, and applying God’s Word in our daily lives. It takes time to replace the old ways of doing things and perceiving life, with God’s truth, but we can all do it. The more progress we make, the less we desire to sin, the harder it is for us to lose our temper and the more we love and forgive others. In other words, we become more and more of what God created us to be in the first place and more like Jesus. Through the Holy Spirit we have received new life inside of us and we are to let it shine through us by the way we think, feel, talk, and act.
Suggested prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for creating me in such a marvelous way. You gave me a new birth and canceled the effects of sin in my life by replacing the sinful nature in my spirit with Your righteous one. Please help me continue being transformed by renewing my mind through Your Word with the help of the Holy Spirit and crucifying my carnal nature daily, so that I may present my body to You as a living sacrifice and live to please and glorify You. In the Name of Jesus I pray, amen.

JESUS HEALED ALL THOSE WHO CAME TO HIM
- … And He (Jesus) cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” - Matthew 8:16b -17
Jesus Christ wants us to live victorious, abundant lives here on earth and be with Him in heaven forever. In our Lord we can receive healing, as it is God’s will for us to be healed. Jesus healed all who came to Him and He said many times that He came to do His Father’s will, as they are One. No matter if the sickness is caused by a demon or it is just physical, in Jesus’ Name we can receive our healing, because “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses” (Isaiah 53:4)
Jesus is the Son of God and has all authority in heaven and earth, over all powers and dominions and His Name is above all names. Because Jesus took our infirmities, we can be made whole; because He took our sicknesses, we can be healed and completely restored. Sometimes we receive a miracle and are healed instantly, other times it takes a while, and we must continue to believe that we were healed when we prayed, until it manifests in our bodies. Even if we do not see it in the natural yet, it was done in the spiritual realm, since Jesus bore it in His stripes on the cross, two thousand years ago. Once we know that we know in our spirit that we are healed, it is just a matter of time until we see it with our natural eyes. No matter how it takes place, Jesus is the source of our healing, and He deserves all the glory.
Suggested prayer: Thank You my Lord that there is no sickness or infirmity that You cannot or would not be willing to heal. You love and heal us all and never reject anyone who comes to You. Thank You for all the diseases You healed me of and all the pains You took from me along the years. You are my Lord who forgives all my iniquities and heals all my sicknesses and in Your Name I am made whole. Glory and honor to Your Holy Name forever and ever, amen.

THE 13th OF DECEMBER
BY JESUS’ STRIPES WE WERE HEALED
- Who Himself (Jesus) bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. - 1 Peter 2:24
The apostle Peter reminds us of what the prophet Isaiah prophesied about Jesus, approximately 700 years before the cross but was fulfilled in Peter’s time. How big and awesome God’s love must be for us, to send His Son to die on the cross for our sins. Jesus suffered for all our sicknesses, infirmities, pains and sorrows, removing their cause for all of us. That means that we can build up our faith for receiving healing and to be made whole, in Jesus’ Name.
We died to sin, with Jesus, by faith in Him and in what He did for us. Because we were bought with Jesus’ blood, we do not belong to ourselves anymore but to the One who paid with His life for our sins. We are to remember that we have died to sin so that we might live for righteousness. Because we died with Jesus, we were also healed in the stripes from His body, on the cross. Actually, these were the only recorded stripes, hurts and sicknesses that Jesus ever endured. He lived with a perfectly healthy body while on earth until being arrested, tortured and crucified.
Jesus already did all He had to do for our healing, so now it belongs to us through Him. The deeper we understand this truth, the easier we may eliminate any doubt and may receive our healing. We believe what God’s Word says when we act upon it. Jesus did all it would ever take for the healing of all mankind once and for all, while He suffered on the cross. Now it is up to us to truly believe that Jesus already healed us and enter into possession of it. We need to act upon what we believe, not upon how we feel. We must start doing what we could not do, as an act of faith.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Father God that because Your Word says that we were healed, it means that I was already healed. And if I was already healed, it means that I am truly already healed now. And because I am to walk by faith and not by sight, I accept the truth that I am healed and I start to walk in the light of this truth, rebuking any symptoms and pains in Jesus’ Name. I have authority in Jesus’ Name and I am using my authority to resist the devil, as Your Word teaches me to do. Thank You Lord that my healing is part of the “all spiritual blessings” that I have already been blessed with in Jesus Christ! Glory and honor to Your Holy Name, amen.

THE 14th OF DECEMBER
WE CAN BE STRONG IN THE LORD
- Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. - Ephesians 6:10
God has given us everything we need to be victorious over Satan, through Jesus Christ. It is up to us to strengthen ourselves in the Lord and in the power of His might. The Holy Spirit was the power source for Jesus, while He lived in a human body, and He is our power source too. The Holy Spirit is our Helper, which means that He does not force us to do anything, but He helps us when we ask Him and gives us the strength we need in every situation.
Until the crucifixion, Jesus was never separated from His Father, and they always had a close relationship. We should follow Jesus' example in being obedient, praying and following God's direction all the time. By praying, studying and meditating upon the Word of God, by praising and worshiping the Lord, we strengthen our “inner man of the heart,” and we are able to overcome the strategies of the devil.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord for the strength I have in You. Please help me remember that You did all it takes for me to be strong and be able to walk in Your power. Lord, please give me a deeper understanding of Your Word so that I may be strengthened, take courage and know how much You love me, who I am and what I have in Jesus. Please help me know Your will in every situation, as through the Holy Spirit I already have the mind of Christ in my spirit. Thank You Father God for all the heavenly blessings that You blessed me with, over and over in Jesus Christ, amen.

THE 15th OF DECEMBER
ONLY BY WEARING GOD’S ARMOR CAN WE WIN in SPIRITUAL WARFARE WITH THE KINGDOM OF DARKNESS
- Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. - Ephesians 6:11-12
The Lord has prepared the most appropriate armor to protect us so that we can fight against the "devil's schemes." God’s precepts are like the most perfect armor of the most armed soldier. But this armor can only protect us if we wear it.
What is the "full armor of God"? The original Greek word, translated as “all/full/complete/whole armor” is "panoplia" which means: “a complete set of defensive and offensive armor (weapons), i.e. everything needed to wage successful warfare; (figuratively) the full resources the Lord given to the believer so they can successfully wage spiritual warfare. In this way they do not fight for victory – but from His victory!” (according to “HELPS Word-studies”). Our fight is not only against the opponents we see with our physical eyes, but we have to fight against the spiritual forces that are behind what we fight in the natural.
The Bible also shows that there is a certain hierarchy in the kingdom of darkness. There are different demonic ranks that dominate territories and the people they use to manifest their power. In Daniel 10:13 and 20, we read that an angel of the Lord had to overcome the princes of Persia and Greece, who tried to stop him from bringing God's answer to Daniel's prayers for his nation. Demons, no matter their rank, cannot defeat God’s angels of the Lord, they can only delay them from accomplishing their assignments. Angels are "servant spirits sent to perform ministry for those who will inherit salvation," (Hebrews 1:14) so God sends them to help us, as we read in several places in the Bible.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Father God for equipping me with all I need to be able to fight the good fight of faith. Thank You for teaching me in Your Word what I am fighting against and that I am not fighting “for victory” but “from Your victory”! You, dear Jesus, already won the war and in You I am a victor. Dear Lord please help me remember that I am not fighting against the people who hurt me, but against the demons that influence them. I can always take courage in the truth that Jesus who is in me is greater than Satan and all his demons and that in Jesus’ Name I have authority against all the powers of darkness and they cannot hurt me against Your will. Glory and honor to Jesus Christ now and for ever, amen.

THE 16th OF DECEMBER
WE HAVE TO PUT ON GOD’S ARMOR TO WIN in THE SPIRITUAL WARFARE
- Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. - Ephesians 6:13
We have to be equipped with all the pieces of armor that God has provided for us in order to walk faithfully on God's path, on a daily basis. Without having the armor on, we would be unable to remain strong in our faith in God, knowing that our Lord always loves us and never forsakes us. The enemy does everything in his power to convince us that God allows the problems and tribulations in our lives because we do not deserve God's love, therefore He does not love us anymore.
Jesus, though 100% innocent, was rejected, mocked, imprisoned, tortured and even whipped almost to death and then crucified as a common criminal. And He still never doubted the love of the Father. Jesus endured tremendous rejection, pain and suffering and never gave up on us. He went through such terrible torment to save us, because He loved and continues to love us so much.
Only by thinking in agreement with God’s Word can we be truly convinced of how much God loves us and be able to stop measuring His love for us based upon how good or bad things are going in our lives. The more we renew our minds according to God’s truth, the more firm we may stand after doing all that we can in our crises. In Jesus we are victorious!
Suggested prayer: Glory and honor to Your holy Name Lord Jesus for all You suffered in my place. Thank You with all my heart for making me a victor and giving me authority in Your Name. Lord, please help me remember that I can always protect myself by putting on Your armor and the Holy Spirit lives in me and is always ready to help me. In Your Name, dear Jesus, I can win the battle and in the end I can stand firm, immovable and victorious. Heavenly Father please help me enjoy my everyday life and fulfill the plan You have for me, amen.

BE GIRDED WITH TRUTH AND WEAR THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
- Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, - Ephesians 6:14
It is crucial to always be prepared, ready to fight, because our spiritual warfare has no breaks. Knowing the truth of God's Word is the most important part of our armor. Only the “belt of truth” allows us to move freely and holds our offense and defense weapons in place, just as the belt of the Roman soldier kept all his armor pieces in place. The belt also held the sheath in which they carried their sword. If we only hear the truth, without "knowing" it, it is not enough to be free, as Jesus said in John 8:32. The truth of the Bible revealed by the Holy Spirit, becomes "living and working" (Hebrews 4:12) in our hearts where it convinces, teaches, transforms us and it becomes a fearsome weapon in spiritual warfare, when we proclaim it.
The “breastplate of righteousness” is the piece of armor that protects the vital organs, especially the heart. In the Bible, the "heart" is not the physical organ that maintains physical life, but it refers to the "inner man," that is the spirit of the person who is "born-again" by the Holy Spirit when they sincerely repent of their sins and believe upon Jesus.
We can be righteous, (which means without sin) only through the sacrifice of Jesus. If we truly ask God to forgive us when we sin and regret what we have done, the Lord is faithful and forgives us. When the enemy comes to condemn us for the sins we have already repented of, we need to realize that we are forgiven, have on the “breastplate of righteousness” and we can resist the enemy's accusations in the Name of Jesus. The enemy's attack will fail if we realize that when we repented with all our hearts the Lord forgave us, “casting all our sins into the depths of the sea” (Micah 7:19b), meaning that our sins are gone forever.
Suggested prayer: Praise You Lord for the truth of Your Word. Thank You so much for making it available for me so that I can study and learn it to be able to recognize the lies of the enemy and stand firm against them, by proclaiming Your Word. Thank You with all my heart dear Jesus for forgiving my sins and for Your righteousness that covers me. Lord please help me remember that once I sincerely repent and asked for forgiveness of my sin, I am forgiven so that whenever the enemy comes with thoughts that condemn me of what I did in the past, I will know it is not You and I will resist him. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

PREPARATION FOR THE GOSPEL OF PEACE
- And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; - Ephesians 6:15
We are all called to tell others of the Good News of salvation. Sharing the Good News of the Gospel is the most important task of every Christian, not just for evangelists, pastors or preachers. Each of us have contact with people whom no one else can reach and if we pay attention to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can be efficient workers in the Lord's “vineyard.”
Telling others about our Lord Jesus Christ is not only for their benefit, but for ours also. As we realize that others are looking at how we live, talk and act, we are more inspired to do our best and become more and more like Christ. Studying the Scriptures and spending time with the Holy Spirit, giving Him time to reveal to us the mysteries of God are essential for us to be able to disciple others and give them the right biblical advice.
Suggested prayer: Dear Lord, it is such an honor to share the Good News of salvation with those around me. Please help me study and understand Your Word through the Holy Spirit so that I know how to live to please You and be able to share Your truth to all that I minister to. Please help me always share about You when the Holy Spirit prompts me to do so and give me the right words that will touch their hearts. Lord, I pray for all those with whom I have ministered to, and did not receive You yet, that You continue to touch their hearts and help them realize how much You love them and that they need to renounce sin and follow You. Glory and honor to Your holy Name, for ever and ever, amen.

THE 19th OF DECEMBER
THE SHIELD OF FAITH
- .Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. - Ephesians 6:16
The “shield of faith” has a vital role in spiritual warfare.. For the soldiers, the shield was a very important part, because with its help, they were blocking the arrows of the enemy. It is not in vain that the devil fights with such fierceness to sneak thoughts into our minds, that would make us doubt God's love and the promises from His Word. If our faith is wavering, we much more easily become his victims. We are not attacked with toy arrows that are harmless; on the contrary, Paul tells us that by faith we quench the most powerful arrows, which have fiery heads that could destroy us completely.
The devil not only uses the sins we have committed since we have become Christians to attack us with condemnation, but also the sins from before we even came to Christ. The “shield of faith” is for extinguishing all the arrows of the enemy, no matter what kind they are and it works in conjunction with the rest of the armor, accomplishing its purposes. We must align the words we speak with what we believe to be in accord with the truth of the Bible, to have a strong and efficient faith. Our relationship with Jesus must be based upon what God's Word says and not our emotions or on how much we "feel or not” the presence of the Lord. This is the only way to remain faithful to the Lord and continue to walk with Him. As James said, "… he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind" (James 1:6b). The Bible is the absolute truth that never changes and God cannot lie. The Lord’s promises are true and we can trust them, no matter how we feel or how bad our situation is.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord for the shield of faith, by trusting You the fiery arrows of the enemy are stopped. Please help me control my emotions, by responding correctly to all bad emotions and attacks, keeping my faith in You and canceling doubt. Lord please help me follow Your guidance instead of what I feel, so that I may truly be Yours. The only truth that remains the same and never changes is Your Word dear Lord, so please help me to always rely upon it, no matter how I feel or how difficult my situation is. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

THE 20th OF DECEMBER
THE HELMET OF SALVATION AND SWORD OF THE SPIRIT
- And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; - Ephesians 6:17
We also need the protection offered by the “helmet of salvation” against evil thoughts. The “helmet of salvation” is the insurance that as long as we are totally surrendered to the Lord, living in obedience to Him, we cannot lose our salvation. Therefore, let us not hesitate to resist the lies of the enemy by which he attempts to make us doubt the love and salvation that we have in Christ Jesus.
The following are some of the best Bible verses that we can use to “put on the helmet of salvation" in spiritual warfare: “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand” (John 10:27-29).
The Word of God becomes an effective “sword” for the one who learns and applies it. The Scripture is the truth, and when we apply it under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can defeat the lies and deceptions of the enemy and even of our own carnal nature. The proclamation of the Word of God has power and strengthens our faith.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord for the helmet of salvation that helps me protect my mind and resist the thoughts from the enemy who tries to make me doubt my salvation and the love You have for me. Please help me to always surrender it all unto You, to live to please You in all I am and do, so that I will I never want to leave from the palm of Your hand. I can be sure of my salvation, because You would never leave me. Thank you so much Lord for the Holy Spirit, that can be the most powerful sword, every time when under its guidance I proclaim God’s Word. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

PRAYERS IN THE SPIRIT
- Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. - Ephesians 6:18
Prayers led by the Holy Spirit are efficient and powerful. Jesus encouraged the disciples, by telling them that after His departure from this earth, His Father would send them "another" Helper, meaning “one of the same kind,” someone like Him. The Lord referred to the Holy Spirit who is one of the three persons of God's trinity. Jesus had to deal with the limits of time and space while on earth, living in a human body, that could only be in one place at a time. The Holy Spirit is God and omnipresent, there is no place that He is not present. Through Him, God the Father and the Son live in our hearts.
Jesus said:“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you” (John 14:26). The Holy Spirit knows all things and everything we need. If we ask Him to help us pray and teach us what we need to know, He will do it. If we pray under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, to Father God, in the Name of Jesus, we know that we pray according to God's will and we will receive what we are asking for. If we are truly led by the Holy Spirit, we will pray for what the Lord wants to give us, because He knows better than we do, what is best for us and others. In the "Holy Spirit Articles" section, you may find more information about who He is, what He does, His fruit, His gifts and the baptism with the Holy Spirit.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord for sending the Holy Spirit to be my Comforter, Helper and Teacher of Your Word. Lord please teach me how to pray in the Holy Spirit, how to ask the specific requests according to Your Word, so that I may receive what I am asking for. Please help me to stay alert, to hear Your advice, warnings and urges to intercede in prayer for all God’s people that You lay on my heart. Thank You Lord for the power that You gave us through prayer and please help me to use it right. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

LET US PRAY ONE FOR ANOTHER
- And for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, - Ephesians 6:19
It is so important that we, the church, function as the body of Christ. By being “members of one another,” we can efficiently sustain each other and even intercede or “stand in the gap before God on behalf of” our brothers and sisters in Christ. The apostle Paul had not asked the churches to pray for him personally, but for his ministry, so that even more people to be saved and start to live right for God.
The apostle Paul’s ministry was full of power and through the epistles he wrote, inspired by the Holy Spirit, he has continued to bless Christians throughout all times. We all need the prayers of our brothers and sisters in Christ for God’s help to share the Good News of salvation through Jesus Christ. When we pray one for another, the love and unity grow in the body of Christ and God’s Kingdom expands.
Suggested prayer: Glory and honor to Your holy Name Lord Jesus, for the love and unity we have in the church as members of one another. Thank You Lord for the wisdom that we find in Your Word and for teaching us how to help and support each other. Lord, please give me and to all my brothers and sisters in Christ, through the Holy Spirit, the boldness to tell people about Jesus and the correct anointed words that may touch their hearts causing them to repent, coming to Jesus. Dear Lord please help me to live right, so that people will see You in me. Holy Spirit, please help me to be sensitive when You direct me to pray for others and teach me how to pray efficiently. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

GOD REWARDS THE GOOD DONE WITH THE RIGHT HEART
- And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. - Galatians 6:9-10
What a beautiful piece of advice! The apostle Paul lived what he preached and because he knew how important it is to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, he is teaching us to do the same, so that when the time comes, we might “reap eternal life.” It is up to us to not allow our feelings to rule our lives and continue to do what pleases God. Sometimes we are tempted to give up on doing what is right when others hurt us and put us down. But only by not becoming discouraged and by continuing to obey God can we make it to where we reap the good results of our work. The enemy does all he can to get us to quit, even until the last minute of our lives. But perseverance always pays of.
So, whenever we have the opportunity to help, bless or do something good for someone, especially for another Christian, we should do it. All that we do with the right heart, will bring heavenly rewards, that we will enjoy for all eternity. The more we understand and receive God’s love, the more we can love and bless others. We are all called to help each other in our daily lives, but also to grow spiritually and live right for the Lord.
Suggested prayer: Thank you Lord for teaching us all we need to know to live right for You, in Your Word. Please help me not to allow my feelings to make me quit in helping and blessing others, but to press in so that I am able to reap the harvest of Your blessings. Lord please help me to use every opportunity to do good to those around me and especially to my brothers and sisters in Christ. Please help me to understand the depth of Your love, receive it and than be able to love others and help them grow in their relationship with You and in becoming more like You. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

THROUGH JESUS WE ENTERED INTO GOD’S EVERLASTING KINGDOM
- Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. - Hebrews 12:28
In Daniel 7:18, we read that “The saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom.” Through Jesus we have received an immovable, unshakable kingdom, that is perfectly established forever and can never be destroyed. This is God’s kingdom, the most perfect place that could ever exist. And is the place where we will spend our eternity. Most of us have dreams about the perfect vacation place and would love to be there for at least a few days. But to know that the most amazing place, where nothing can go wrong, nothing can rob us of our peace and joy, where laughter, singing and praises will be the norm forever, is beyond our wildest dreams!
We can make it to heaven only because of God’s grace, so we are to give grace to others too. The easier we forgive, the happier we are. The only fear that we should have, is the fear of the Lord, which is the highest form of respect and honor for who God is. By keeping a grateful heart that gives God all the glory, we serve Him well and He finds pleasure in us.
Suggested prayer: Thank You dear Lord with all my heart for making a way for me to spend eternity in Your perfect, unshakable Kingdom. The hope I have in what is waiting for me there helps me to continue the good fight of faith during hard times. Thank You my Lord, for all the suffering and pain You went through in my place, so that I will inherit heaven with You. Lord please help me to have a grateful heart and worship You with reverence and awe, giving You all the glory for all the good in my life. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

"IN THE CITY OF DAVID, CHRIST THE LORD, THE SAVIOR OF THE WORLD HAS BEEN BORN
- But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid! For behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people: Today in the City of David a Savior has been born to you. He is Christ the Lord! And this will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” - Luke 2:10-12
Like in other places in the Bible, we read that angelic visitations were scaring to people, while they were meant to bring them good news, advice and help them. So, the angel of the Lord started his message, with “Do not be afraid!”
From the book of Genesis to the book of Malachi, we can read prophecies about the coming Messiah, the Savior and Redeemer that the Jews were waiting for. God chose for His Son to be born in the most humble place, in a manger, in a simple family and to live and fulfill all the prophecies given for thousands of years about Him. Jesus did not remain the baby celebrated in a manger. He grew up, ministered God’s love to people even if most of them rejected and mocked Him. The Almighty God, loved, loves and will love people until the end, giving us all the chance to be saved until our last breath, including to those who reject Him more than once.
Jesus offered Himself as the perfect lamb of God, dying on the cross for the sins of all mankind, giving us all opportunities to be saved and spend eternity in heaven instead of hell. But in order to have what Jesus provided for us, we have to ask Him to become our Lord, repent of our sins, sincerely asking God to forgive us and start to live right for the Lord. If you want to know more about salvation, you may read the articles from the “Are you right with God today?” section.
Suggested prayer: Glory and honor to Your holy Name dear Lord for sending Your Son to be born as a human, to redeem and save us. Thank You with all my heart for Your perfect plan of salvation and for touching my heart to be able to believe that Jesus is Your Son and be able to invite Him into my heart. What an amazing grace You offered me, to become Your beloved child and receive all the wonderful spiritual blessings that Jesus provided for me on the cross. Thank You Lord Jesus for the perfect example You lived as a human and for opening the way for me to be adopted into God’s family. Thank You Father God for all Your love, care and mercy. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

THE 26th OF DECEMBER
THE LORD IS OUR PROVIDER, IF WE TRUST IN HIM
- Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we may boldly say: “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” - Hebrews 13:5-6
Our character shows who we really are. If we love God with all our hearts, trusting Him and not our bank accounts and being honest people in every area of life, including finances, we can be content and happy with as much as we have. The level of joy and gratitude in our hearts proves how much we really trust God’s promises that we find in His Word. The Lord is faithful in fulfilling His promises but if we do not really believe that they are for us, we will never receive them.
There are many places in the Old Testament where God promised His children that He would “never leave or forsake” them. This is true for all of us, no matter if we are Jews or Gentiles, as long as Jesus is our Lord and Savior. It is so true that “we may boldly say” that we have no reason to fear any man, as long as the Lord is our helper. We can take courage in God’s protection and care and have no fear of people. Being God’s children, even if our physical bodies get killed, we will instantly be in the presence of Jesus in heaven, where He went to prepare a special place for each of us for all eternity.
If you go through a hard time and need encouragement, you may read the articles from the “Encouragement” section.
Suggested prayer: Father God, I am so blessed to be Your child and be protected by Your love. Please help me to be transformed, by the renewing of my mind, with Your Word, through the Holy Spirit and be free of the love of money and greed, have integrity and the character that proves that You live in me. Thank You Lord so much for being my helper and for never leaving or forsaking me. You are always with me, so I have no reasons to fear people or anything else. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

THE 27th OF DECEMBER
JESUS IS IS ALWAYS THE SAME AND HIS GRACE IS TOO
- Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them. - Hebrews 13:8-9
Jesus Christ is God and He is immovable, He never changes. Our Lord, Savior and Redeemer has always been the same. Jesus has not changed since He came to be our incarnated Savior and will remain the same for all eternity. Everything about Jesus including His love, power, truth, and grace never changes and has always been the same for all believers throughout the ages.
We are saved by grace, not by works. We need to be careful and not accept any doctrine that says differently. Anything that tries to add something “new” to the truth of the Bible is in error. Being born-again not only results in good works, but in our love of the Lord and our desire to please Him. Any teachings which say that in order to be saved, we must add to our faith in Jesus, certain restrictions of food or anything else other than what the Bible teaches, are not the truth and must be rejected. We should strengthen our hearts in the faith and hope of the Gospel of grace, not by food restrictions that bring no spiritual advantage to those who obey such restrictions. All we need to be saved is a sincere relationship with Jesus Christ. The good we do comes from our love for the Lord.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord that the Gospel is simple and clear, and I am saved by Your amazing unmerited favor, not by my own efforts. Please help me recognize the lies of the enemy, no matter how subtle they are. Please help me understand the truth of Your Word as it is the perfect standard for my faith and to not accept anything different from it. You want me to have a sincere heart and be fully surrendered to You, so please help me to keep it this way and glorify You with my life, in the Name of Jesus I pray, amen.

PRAISE AND WORSHIP UNTO THE LORD GIVES US THE STRENGTH TO LIVE FOR JESUS UNTIL THE END
- For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. - Hebrews 13:14-15
The sooner we grasp the truth that we will not be here for ever and that we need to separate ourselves of this world and all its false glamour, the happier we are. Life’s hardships are easier to endure if we focus on our relationship with Jesus and on what He went to prepare for us in heaven, where will be with Him forever. We are here for a short time, compared to eternity and depending on whom we serve while on earth, we will spend eternity in heaven or hell.
There is so much power in praising and worshiping God! If we choose to constantly honor and praise God, including when we are hurt and suffer, we can handle what life throws at us, much better. If we do our best to keep a thankful heart towards God, we may overcome problems faster and with less side effects than if we are critical and grumpy. We do ourselves a huge favor when we allow the Holy Spirit, as we spend time in His presence, to develop His fruit in us and take the place of what our carnal nature would produce. By doing so we can live in peace, joy, love and all that Jesus provided for us at the cross.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Lord Jesus, that through You, I can offer God a sacrifice of praise at all times. Thank You that the fruit of my lips will bring life whenever I sincerely confess and glorify Your holy Name. Lord please help me allow to the fruit of the Holy Spirit to overcome what my carnal nature would produce in times of grief or hurt and be able to keep a thankful grateful heart towards God. Please help me praise God and give Him all the glory. In the Name of Jesus, amen.

BY PRAYING IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, WE STRENGTHEN OUR FAITH
- But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. - Jude 1:20-21
The apostle Jude presents himself as a bond-servant of Jesus Christ and brother of James, even if he was half-brother with the Lord also. Jude and James did not believe that Jesus was the Son of God until He was crucified and resurrected. But once they realized the truth, they became 100% sold out to the Lord.
It is up to us to pay attention to what we believe and think about. Our beliefs and thoughts dictate how we feel, what we talk about and how we act. The best way to handle it all correctly is by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. When we pray in the Holy Spirit, it is not our mind that leads the prayer, but the Spirit of God, who uses an earthly language, or tongues. (You may read more about it in the articles “The Gifts and Ministries of the Holy Spirit” and “The baptism of the Holy Spirit”). To be able to keep on growing in our faith in God, we need to remain in Jesus and in His amazing love. God’s mercy is there for us, to help us spend eternity in heaven with our Lord. By daily reminding ourselves how much God loves and values us, we can understand God’s love more and more and stop doubting it when we have to go through hard times.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Father God for the amazing love and mercy You have for me. Thank You for the Holy Spirit and His wonderful gifts. Please fill me with Your presence and help me to allow the Holy Spirit to pray through me, because His prayer is perfect, according to Your will and receives the best answer. Please help me remind myself everyday of how much You love me so that I may remain in Your love and never doubt that I have value in Your eyes. In the Name of Jesus I pray, amen.

SHOWING LOVE AND MERCY IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO WENT BACK TO THE SINFUL LIFE
- And on some have compassion, making a distinction; but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. - Jude 1:22-23
If we continue to grow in our faith in God, praying in the Holy Spirit, we can remain in God’s love and mercy, so that we may show mercy to those who doubt the Lord and live sinful lives, as we read in Jude 1, verses 8 to 10. There are more chances to help those who doubt Christ and are deceived to start believing the truth if we show them love and mercy than by condemning them.
There are different opinions about what kind of fire Jude is talking about in the above verses. Even if this is not the fire that follows the final Judgment, but the imminent danger that comes from choosing to live in sin, we still need to try our best to pull them out of it. We need to have compassion for them, but be careful not to fall into the same sins they are living in. We must love the sinner but hate their sin and be aware of it so that we will not be tempted to do what they do and become “polluted by their shameless immoral freedom,” as the Amplified Bibles says.
Suggested prayer: Heavenly Father, please help me love and show mercy to those who live in sin and are deceived by the devil. Please give me the anointing of the Holy Spirit to teach me how to help them and show them the truth in love, not in condemnation. Lord, please help me be on guard while trying to help them so that I will not also be deceived and fall into the same sins they live in. Thank You Lord for Your wisdom and light on how I might pull them out of danger. In the Name of Jesus I pray, amen.

OUR LORD DESERVES ALL THE GLORY FOR ALL HE HAS DONE AND DOES FOR US
- Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen. - Jude 1:24-25
To truly live the abundant life that Jesus provided for us at the cross, we must choose to be joyful. You might say that we have much more reason to be upset, frustrated and unhappy. That is true if we just focus on the natural. We need to choose to not allow circumstances to dictate how we feel, knowing that no matter how bad it looks in the natural, we are victorious in Jesus. The Lord already won the war for us in the spiritual, at the cross. God is faithful and He can help us live right for Him so that we may rejoice when we present ourselves at His throne in heaven.
We find the benefits of choosing to keep a peaceful and joyful heart in many places in the Bible, as well as we learn the destructive effects of a bitter, frustrated, and offended heart. To benefit from all that Jesus provided for us through His sacrifice, we need to learn not to focus on the negative. We also have to stop all prideful and evil thoughts and replace them with the truth of God’s Word.
The only salvation is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God. No matter how upset or hurt we are, we can start to feel better and rejoice if we choose to recognize that our Lord is the only one who has true wisdom, majesty, dominion, and power. We can give the Lord all the glory for being more than able to protect and take care of us.
Suggested prayer: Thank You Father God for helping and protecting me around the clock. Please help me never forget that Jesus set me free from the power of sin and I can choose to praise You no matter what. Lord, please help me allow the fruit of the Holy Spirit to manifest more in me, overcoming the hurt and negative emotions of my carnal nature. Glory and majesty, dominion and power be unto You my Lord forever, amen.
